Privacy Policy
InkTask is designed to work offline-first. Your tasks and Scribble notes are stored locally on your device. If you choose to sign in, InkTask syncs your data to our backend so it can follow you across devices.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address (when you sign up or sign in).
- Content you create: tasks, due dates, ink tags, and Scribble notes (only if you enable sync by signing in).
- Local-only metrics: InkTask can keep simple usage counters on your device to help improve the product (no third‑party trackers).
Where your data lives
- On-device: stored in InkTask’s local data folder on your computer.
- In the cloud (optional): if you sign in, your data is stored in our sync database so it can be retrieved on your other devices.
Third parties
- Sync & authentication: provided by Supabase (used only when you sign in).
- Payments: processed by Stripe when you choose to upgrade.
Your choices
- Work offline without creating an account.
- Export your data from the app at any time.
- Delete your account and synced data from Settings → Data & Support.
